This year we entered four
beers to the National Home Brewing
competition a Rye PA, Rye IPA, Imperial
Red, and an American Stout.

Dead stout
took third at the Beer bourbon and BBQ
festival!

We received
our score sheets for the NHC 2011 first
round. The dead stout scored a 38/50
just high enough to get a gold certificate
in the American Stout category.
Bottles have been shipped to San Diego for
the final round! |
